Position Overview

• Job Title: Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager, PD (Formulation)

• Department: Product Development (Formulation)

• Location: Ashulia, Dhaka

• Vacancy: 01

• Employment Status: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop formulations: pre-formulation, feasibility, lab and stability batches

• Manage process tech transfer and commercialization

• Validate packaging: protocols, execution, reporting

• Handle stability management and chamber operations

• Prepare batch documents and DTL submission packages

• Create documents for regulatory authorities

• Approve packaging materials

• Troubleshoot product issues and maintain quality

• Handle CCR, CDR, deviations, and risk assessments

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: M. Pharm / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or Biochemistry

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in pharma/medicine companies

• Strong learning mindset and documentation skills required
