Key Responsibilities
Lead research and development initiatives for personal care products, focusing on herbal activities and excipients.
Prepare lab, pilot, and commercial trial batches, and evaluate their performance.
Generate and maintain a comprehensive database of Herbal, Skin Care, Oral Care, and Hair Care actives and performance ingredients.
Analyze trial products, raw materials, and competitors' products to ensure the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Requirements
Education: M. Pharm or M.Sc. in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry from a reputed university.
Experience: 1 to 2 years in formulation development of personal care or cosmeceutical products.
Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
Additional Requirements: Age at most 32 years.
