What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of the team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:

Production Management: Overseeing and optimizing production processes to maximize efficiency and output.
Quality Control & Assurance: Implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control procedures to ensure products meet the highest standards.
Research & Development (R&D): Contributing to the development of new formulations and improving existing products.
Compliance & Safety Regulations: Ensuring adherence to all relevant safety and regulatory guidelines.
Inventory & Resource Management: Managing inventory levels and ensuring the efficient use of resources.
Team Collaboration & Training: Working closely with other team members and providing training as needed.

What They're Looking For

They're seeking a highly motivated and experienced chemist with the following qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's and Master's degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or Industrial Chemistry from a reputable university.
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production facility (preferably in food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or chemical industry).
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, lab testing, and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in chemical analysis, formulation development, and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in laboratory equipment, spectrophotometers, chromatography, and other QC tools.
- Knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory bodies like BSTI, BFSA, DGDA, DOE, and international standards.
