Key Responsibilities
- Lead world-class R&D initiatives for high-quality generic pharmaceutical products.
- Oversee method development, validation, and regulatory compliance (US-FDA, ANDA).
- Guide teams in Quality by Design (QbD) processes and product launch.
- Manage tech transfer, alternate sourcing, and analytical activities.
- Coordinate raw material approvals, stability studies, and process validation.
Qualifications & Skills
🎓 Education: B. Pharm or B.Sc. in Chemistry
🛠️ Experience: ~20 years in pharmaceutical R&D
📊 Skills: Strong analytical and regulatory expertise
