Role Overview
As the Manager/Senior Manager of Quality Control, you will be at the forefront of ensuring top-notch quality for all raw materials, packaging, finished products, and active ingredients. Your role will involve maintaining stringent quarantine procedures and collaborating with various departments, including Production, Warehouse, and Commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage quality control technology transfer and regulatory support activities.
Ensure the quality of all incoming raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and active ingredients.
Maintain proper quarantine procedures.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Commercial, Business, and other stakeholders.
Develop new technologies, processes, formulations, and analytical methods related to laboratory activities.
Maintain and update all QC/R&D documents, including Specifications, SOPs, MSDSs, Process Sheets, Methods of Analysis, and Test Reports.
Interpret data from analytical instruments like GC, GC-MS, LC, and LC-MS.
Manage laboratory assets and validate methods of analysis.
Prepare documents for ISO/IEC: 17002510 and attend internal and external audits.
Check market-returned products and instruct respective departments to take necessary actions.
Monitor the water quality of the Effluent Treatment Plan and report to the concerned department.
Efficiently manage the team and resources.
Qualifications and Experience
Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry, or Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry.
At least 10 years of experience in a Group of Companies, FMCG, Paints, Agrochemicals, Pharma, or related areas.
Age at least 35 years.
